A short and sweet 20-minute edited version

I use this edited version quite often when I wanted to unwind and pick myself up quickly. It's like a power meditation. The simple sound of singing bowls lets me find myself (my true space) again.

Free live mini gong bath

The soothing power of meditation through sound is a gift I'm passionate about sharing. I created these free 15-minute live gong bath sessions to provide our community with a healing space - a space to unwind tired minds, process difficult emotions, and reconnect to the present moment. Seeing your faces light up by the end of the session is the most rewarding feeling. My hope is that these sounds infuse your spirit with the same calm and comfort they bring me. I'm on a mission to spread the beautiful gift of sound meditation, Join me for a free mini gong bath.

What to do in the sound bath?

Prepare to immerse yourself in the sound as much as you can by observing the suggestions below.

Get comfy. Dress comfortably and keep your body warm as body temperature will drop slightly when you lie down without motion for a period of time. Avoid having the mind taken away by the sensation of being cold.

Mask on, lights out. It helps to get you to a meditative state when your eyes are not stimulated by the light, thus inner focus is encouraged. Studies showed that our pineal gland, a small pinecone-shaped gland located deep within the brain, is the most active in darkness. One of its primary functions is the production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. It’s believed that melatonin plays a role in meditative states by affecting sleep patterns and promoting relaxation. In certain spiritual and esoteric traditions, the pineal gland is sometimes referred to as the "third eye" or the "seat of the soul." Some practitioners believe that activating or awakening the pineal gland through meditation can lead to enhanced spiritual experiences, expanded consciousness, or heightened intuition.

Plug in, zone out. Since it's a recording, put on your earphones to level up the experience of being immersed in the sound. Although your body may not feel the vibration of sound as directly as you were in a live sound session, no one can stop you from creating the gong bath in your mind the best way that you can.

No disturbance zone. Set yourself up to a full 48-minute sound bath without interruption: turn the phone off (text messages and calls can wait), or let your family members and/or pets know you’re on a sonic vacation and will be back in communication within the hour.

Close those Peepers: Sink into your zen space, let the sounds be your guide, and let the magic unfold.

Remember, this is your time to recharge, reconnect, and radiate good vibes. The journey to a million smiles starts with you. Let the sound bath begin!
